Blaster NP-2

The product is intended for pneumatic loading of long blast holes with cartridges of explosives and stemmings in the underground mines in conditions of coal dust and methane explosion hazard.

The product has the approval of the High Mining Authority.

PLACE OF APPLICATION:

The underground coal mines, also with methane hazard, as well as the mines for metal ores and minerals.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Pneumatic loading of explosives and stemmings into blast holes using the NP-2 type blaster can only be performed with the use of the HDPE type loading hose approved for this purpose.

CONSTRUCTION:

The NP-2 blaster consists of a loading sluice, a body, and an outlet nozzle. All elements are made of non-sparking metal - bronze.

The blaster can be equipped with two types of a trigger - mushroom or ball, depending on the user's needs. It is equipped with a detachable flap module, the use of which enables quick replacement of the entire element in the event of damage to the flap during loading.
