The product is intended for the preparation of ANFO rock explosive in underground mines with "a" degree of explosion hazard and the 2nd category of methane hazard, or in another place indicated by the manager of the blasting works of the mine.
The product has a positive technical opinion of the Central Mining Institute and the approval of the High Mining Authority.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The BWE-150/W equipment for the preparation of ANFO rock explosive is used for mixing up to 50 kg of porous AN at one time. Mixing of the ingredients is performed by rotating the mixer drum around its axis. Inside the drum, there are blades that, after lifting the mixed material, allow it to fall freely.
Starting from the mixer filling, the minimum mixing time is 90 seconds.
